4 PCOS FRIENDLY HIGH PROTEIN BREAKYS!

Today I’m going to run you through a few of my all time fave protein packed breakys to balance my blood sugar levels and get my day started right!
Once I changed to a high protein breakfast this was when I began to see a tremendous change in my weight, how I was feeling energy wise and my cravings began to diminish! Wahoo!
Protein leaves you feeling fuller for longer, it has a thermogenic affect on your body and helps to stabilise your blood sugar. It was definitely a game changer for me when I started.
At first it was a struggle trying to think of different protein options for breaky but then after a while I got a little more creative and had more recipes to choose from!
